Drop-Off Requirements
All vans dropped off for repairs must be clean and emptied to ensure prompt and efficient service.
- Arrival: Please pull up in the driveway on arrival, then report to the office before unhitching or unloading.
- Keys: Please provide all keys to our staff member.
- Personal items: Please remove all personal belongings and valuables.
- Toilet cassette: For staff safety & hygiene, please empty your waste water tank and toilet cassette.
- Fridge: Please ensure all perishables are removed from the fridge.
